How do I register?

Participants may register online through the registration page by completing the required information and, if applicable, submitting payment through the available Square payment link.

Is registration complete after I fill out the form?

No. Registration is not complete until all required participant information is submitted and payment is received, if applicable.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 3:15 PM to 5:15 PM on the first day. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

What should I bring?

Please bring valid photo identification, comfortable clothing, personal hygiene items, any required paperwork, and any instructions provided after registration.

What are the medication rules?

All medications must be in their original prescription bottles with the participant’s name clearly displayed. Bring only the amount needed for the duration of the program. Medications may not be stored in pill organizers, daily planners, or non-original containers.

Participants who possess a valid medical marijuana card must provide documentation at check-in. Only THC gummies are permitted. All other forms of cannabis or THC products are strictly prohibited.

What is the nicotine policy?

Cigarettes and vape devices must be in their original packaging and unopened and sealed upon arrival. Only sealed vape devices are permitted.

Are phones allowed?

Cell phones are permitted, but they may not be used during group sessions or educational presentations. If phone use becomes disruptive, staff may collect devices and return them during designated break times.

What are the main program rules?

Participants must remain on-site unless otherwise directed by staff, follow all staff instructions, participate fully in all sessions, and behave respectfully toward staff and other participants. No alcohol, illegal substances, or drug paraphernalia are permitted.

Violence, threats, possession of weapons, harassment, or behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of the program may result in immediate discharge.

Is confidentiality required?

Yes. Confidentiality is mandatory. Participants may not disclose the identity of other participants, personal information shared during sessions, or the nature or purpose of the program to others, including hotel guests. Photography, video recording, or sharing participant information is prohibited.

Can I leave the hotel during the program?

No. Participants must remain on-site at all times unless otherwise directed by staff.

Are visitors allowed?

No. Visitors are not permitted during the program. Participants may not enter other rooms except those assigned to them.

Can I use hotel amenities?

No. Use of hotel amenities such as the swimming pool and exercise facilities is prohibited.

Can I drive to the program if my license is suspended?

No. Participants must not drive to the program if their driver’s license is suspended. Vehicle keys may be collected upon arrival and returned at discharge.

What court or referral information do I need to provide?

Participants must provide complete and accurate information for the court, probation officer, and attorney, if applicable. This information must be submitted no later than the Friday of the program weekend.

What happens if I violate the rules?

Participants dismissed for any rule violation will not receive a refund. Their referral source may be notified, including the reason for discharge.

How do courts, attorneys, or probation officers refer someone?
